Spanish Ministries

Our Vision & Opportunities

In 1969 the EMMC leadership made a decision to move ahead with an overseas initiative in Bolivia.  The work which was originally intended specifically for the Low German speaking migrants, soon expanded to Bolivian nationals.  Following the initial pioneering work, strong effort was placed on local leadership development in the national Anabaptist church.  Today we celebrate not only a sister conference of LIEAB churches but also several other ministries.

A group of churches in Bolivia.  This outreach to Spanish speaking people was started by the Evangelical Mennonite Mission Conference in the 1970s.  There has been intentional discipleship of this group of believers and they are now under national pastoral leadership.  Visit their website at www.lieab.org.
